i4Cast is currently seeking a fast-paced, experienced and enthusiastic individual for the position of Sr. Finance Manager .

i4cast is a leading edge web-based Corporate Performance Management software company focused on providing applications in product costing, financial modeling, and e-procurement.  Over the past three years, we have developed a highly dependable, powerful, easy-to-use product-costing and financial-modeling suite. Our products integrate all product-cost information within a large enterprise including ERP, SCM and PLM systems. The costing and financial disciplines we support range from activity-based, standard, product, blended, target, and just-in-time costing.

In this position you will work directly with our clients to understand their product costing, finance, and pricing policies & procedures, and advise our clients on best practices in these areas in order to meet their corporate objectives.  You will also work with our clients and internal software implementation teams to configure our solutions to best meet the needs of our clients. 

As a member of our team, you will also shape the future vision and direction of our product development. You will participate in the pre-sales process with potential clients in the capacity as a functional expert in business cost management and its application within cost accounting.  Participation in conference speaking engagements for various industry groups will be required, as you will cover current topics of interest or concern in the manufacturing finance community, and present case studies on how our solutions address these issues.

 The candidate should have extensive experience in finance, cost management, and cost accounting within Multi-national manufacturing corporate environments or like experience with large manufacturing clients from a Big 5 Accounting / Consulting firm. 

 Education, Experience and Certifications/Licenses:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or related degree is required.
  (Masters degree in business administration is desired.)
• CPA or CMA is desired.
• Experience in a business focused on performance measurements and cost reduction.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, financial analysis, and modeling skills.
• Thorough understanding of various costing methodologies, forward costing, pricing, and make-buy analysis.
• Hands-on experience with a standard cost accounting software system is desired. 
• Ability to perform independent analysis and work with minimal direction.
• Effective communication, presentation and teaming skills are critical.
• Seven to ten years of work experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
